GiveGoods — Physical Donation Plugin
Choose Your Desired Option(s)
GiveGoods makes accepting physical-donation items simple and professional. It plugs into your existing store or website to let donors offer clothes, food, household items, books, and more — while giving you tools to manage pickups, shipping, inspection, stock, and tax/donation receipts.
Whether you run a charity, community drive, mosque, school, or NGO, GiveGoods turns donations into structured workflows: donors choose items or submit offers, you confirm eligibility, assign collection or drop-off slots, and track incoming inventory until distribution. Built for non-profits and community organizations, GiveGoods reduces admin overhead and increases donor trust with automated confirmation emails, printable receipts, and clear statuses for every donation.

How it works (flow)
- Donor visits your site and opens the GiveGoods donation form.
- Donor selects item types, adds photos, and picks pickup or drop-off option.
- You review the submission, approve or request more information.
- Once accepted, the donor receives a confirmation and receipt; the item is assigned to a pickup slot or drop-off location.
- Volunteers collect items and mark them as received; intake staff update condition and inventory location.
- Items move through distribution workflows or are prepared for resale/redistribution.
